- Assure the sterility of the operating room by maintaining sterile fields.- Assist the surgical team during procedures by handing instruments and anticipating needs.
- Ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and equipment.- Monitor and track equipment and supplies before, during, and after surgery.
- Adhere to established standards and protocols to ensure patient safety.- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Participate in post-operative room decontamination procedures.- Assist with room turnover processes ensuring readiness for the next procedure.
