Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
- Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
- Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
Qualifications
3+ years people management experience.3+ years operational experience as a Property or Community Manager in luxury multifamily setting.Takeover experience highly preferred.Demonstrated coaching and development ability.BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills and professional presence.Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar is especially desirableA basic understanding of written and verbal EnglishBenefits

The starting rate of pay for Manager of Community Operations is $65,000, commensurate with experience and dependent on the specific community's level of complexity. This position is eligible for monthly bonuses and a wardrobe allowance.
