PEDIATRIC AQUATIC THERAPIST (OT/PT)

Tri-County Therapy, LLC (TCT) is a pediatric therapy company that provides therapy services for children from birth to 18 years old.

TCT's mission is to provide quality therapy to children while building a diverse community of talent where each team member feels empowered to bring their unique differences to work and achieve their full innovative potential.

TCT offers a multi-disciplinary approach with speech, occupational, aquatic, and physical therapy services. TCT has clinics located in the following South Carolina cities : Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Greenville, and Anderson.

We also provide therapy in the natural environment, including homes, the community and preschools.

We are currently hiring for a talented Pediatric Aquatic Therapist (PT or OT) that fits with TCT's core values and commitment to our families and team! Our Ladson office offers a one-of-a-kind custom therapy pool that is heated to therapeutic temperatures.

Water jets inside the pool allow a child to move within a smaller space, while maintaining a calm therapeutic environment.

A candidate would treat patients in the pool, as well as via traditional outpatient pediatric services in our adjoining clinic space.

Our Leadership structure provides a direct manager for you and your team, as well as a Lead Physical / Occupational Therapist to provide clinical support, training, and documentation review.

Job Requirements :

• Must be actively licensed in South Carolina
• Prior Aquatic Therapy experience a plus!
• Sensory & Feeding experience are a plus!
• Previous pediatric experience is required through employment or clinical rotation.

Compensation Package :

Salary + bonus commission pay structure

Salaries range from $60,000-$85,000+ dependent upon experience and productivity
