Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Urology Clinic ! This department provides care for adult patients with BPH, Cancer, urinary dysfunction, UTI's, gender reassignment, and many other general urology conditions.

This is a fast paced clinic where we also perform many in-office procedures. We are seeking a well-rounded clinically strong nurse who can work both independently and in collaboration with the entire urology team.

This is a full time, 40 hour a week position but we are flexible and willing to utilize a schedule that works for both you and our team.

No weekends and most major holidays off.

Responsibilities

Practitioner

  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
  • Utilizes critical thinking and the nursing process to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, taking action to modify the plan of care or to elevate to the care team as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience.
  • Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience.

Required Licensure / Certifications

  • Licensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibility - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire and as applicable, higher level per unit certification requirements as stated on the grid attached to the AHA and Life Support Policy - ACLS Certificate required upon hire in Endoscopy, Tele-ICU, Day Surgery Center at CGP (Manchester), Life Safety and Cardiology-Echocardiography
