Godsey Martin, P.C. is in search of an exceptional individual that believes in building client loyalty through the service level they provide with every interaction with firm clients.
This individual not only LOVES pouring into people, but are extremely great at recognizing client needs, diffusing conflict, solving problems, and serving as an advocate for each client that contacts the firms in every interaction.
This individual will be responsible for :
- Managing a high-volume call traffic efficiently while routing clients to appropriate personnel timely
- Rotating front desk receptionist duties while serving as back-up
- Display appropriate representation of firm while taking care of callers and / or visitors
- Maintain a 95% efficiency rating on attending to firm callers
