With over 107 years of trusted service, we are launching a proprietary insurance product designed to meet the unique needs of faith-based organizations. This initiative reflects our commitment to providing tailored, mission-aligned coverage that empowers ministries to focus on their calling with confidence and clarity.

This role offers the rare opportunity to experience the energy and innovation of a start-up including building a sales strategy, team, and market presence from the ground up, while being backed by the stability, resources, and reputation of a well-established organization. You’ll be a key architect in shaping the future of GuideStone’s commercial insurance offerings, driving growth in a newly formed internal agency, and helping define how we engage with ministry partners in a changing insurance landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic sales planning, team development, and market expansion for GuideStone’s proprietary and brokered P&C products.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team aligned with GuideStone’s mission and business goals.
  • Drive new business acquisition and client retention across assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership and executive management to align sales efforts with enterprise strategy.
  • Represent GuideStone at industry events and build relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales training, performance reviews, and professional development for the team.
  • Ensure compliance with agency guidelines and all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, market trends, and team performance.
