We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 1099 cloud infrastructure architect to join our team as an independent contractor for our clients.
As a cloud architect you will be responsible for designing implementing and managing cloud infrastructure and services for our clients ensuring optimal performance security and scalability.
Responsibilities :
Design and implement cloud architecture solutions using AWS GCP and / or Azure.
Develop and deploy scalable highperformance and secure cloud solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure and recommend improvements or migration strategies.
Automate cloud operations and management using tools and scripts.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior cloud engineers and developers.
Stay uptodate with the latest developments in cloud technologies and best practices.
Document technical designs procedures and policies for future reference.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with expertise in AWS GCP and / or Azure.
Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
Proficiency in designing and deploying cloud solutions using AWS GCP and / or Azure services.
Experience with infrastructureascode tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of networking security and identity management in cloud environments.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Google Cloud Professional Architect Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
Contract Details :
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Flexible working hours based on client needs.
Compensation will be based on the complexity and duration of tasks / projects.
