Overview : RDNutrition Consultants LLC is excited to offer an opportunity for aClinical Registered Dietitian to join our team.

This role allowsflexibility and a balanced blend of inperson and remote workensuring our patients receive the best care while our team enjoys aworklifeharmony.

Schedule : 1624 hours per week 50% completed remotely viatelehealth

Flexibility : Choose your days and hours.

Compensation : $30.00$38.00 per hour based onexperience

TravelReimbursement : Paid at the same hourly rate for time traveling to and from thefacility

ContractLength : 13 weeks

Experience&Qualifications :

• Minimumof 1 year clinical experience(preferred)
• Bachelors degree majoring in food andnutrition
• Currentstate licensure / certification (if mandated by thestate)
• Registeredwith the Commission on DieteticsRegistration
• Familiaritywith state survey processes and adhering to nutrition careregulations
• Competencyin electronic chartingsystems

KeyResponsibilities :

• Conductcomprehensive nutritional assessments for residents andpatients
• Offerspecialized support for tubefeedings
• Delivernutritional counseling and educational sessions for residents andtheirfamilies
• Ensurecompliance with DOH / state / federal regulations and uphold companystandards
• Workautonomously without the need for regular training ordirection

• ClinicalExpertise : Abilityto apply MNT todevelop personalized nutrition plans for patients with variousconditions.
• Assessment&Planning : Nutritional assessments individualized care plans collaborationwith healthcareteam.
• Communication&Relationships : Patient education diverse populations building rapport withresidents andstaff.
• AdditionalSkills : Foodservice regulations EHR proficiency quality improvement (consideradding research wound care or dysphagia management asdesired).
