Job Description :
Based on customers needs and route type. Generally departure time are dictated by the run and vary between 0500-0900. This is a 24 / 7 operation, so they do work weekends, but the schedule is specific to the route that the employee is driving.
Job Responsibilities :
Safely operate tractor-trailer combination vehicles
Transport railroad parts to designated locations
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate records and logs
Job Requirements :
Minimum 21 years of age
Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Hazmat endorsement
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid CDL-A license
DOT qualified
Must pass a comprehensive drug test
Satisfactory safety and employment history
