Property Manager- Koreatown Area- Full-Time
Property Management company is currently looking for a full-time property manager to manage two buildings within a block of each other in the Koreatown area.
This position is fulltime, the manager will live onsite at one of the properties managed. If you are interested, submit your resume for consideration.
Overview of Duties : Rent Collection Generating / Posting notices Reviewing / Scheduling Work Orders Advertising / Marketing / Leasing Vacant Units Must live at one of the properties being managed Other duties assigned by management Experience Required : Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year Managing 55+ units preferred Managing multiple properties is a plus Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus GED or HS Diploma MUST- Valid Driver's license MUST- Reliable vehicle Bilingual in Spanish a preferred Must already live in the Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley area Hours- Monday-Friday- 8 : 00a-5 : 00p Available after hours and weekends for emergencies Cannot be combined with any other work Salary- $3400-3700 / month gross salary (DOE) w / rent deduction.
