Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume multi-unit management role within the restaurant industry.
- Experience in Full Service Upscale restaurants AND either carryout or delivery.
- Proven track record of operational efficiency, staff development, and financial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a diverse team.
