Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations across all Phoenix locations to ensure consistent quality and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, enhance profitability, and maintain the brand's high standards in Phoenix.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the management team in Phoenix to achieve operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menu offerings while staying true to our Chicago-style pizza roots in Phoenix.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Phoenix operations to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards across Phoenix locations.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume multi-unit management role within the restaurant industry.
- Experience in Full Service Upscale restaurants AND either carryout or delivery.
- Proven track record of operational efficiency, staff development, and financial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of the Phoenix market and a passion for food and hospitality.
