Lenus is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Eastern US region!

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our Eastern US markets. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of driving revenue growth and managing the P&L for New York City and Miami, contributing to our largest global market.

You will lead teams to exceed targets by fostering accountability and collaboration and maintaining high-performance standards.

You'll play a key role in achieving business goals with a strong commercial mindset, excellent analytical skills, and a talent for building meaningful relationships.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the commercial leadership team, you'll help shape a values-driven, inclusive workplace in a fast-paced health tech company on its path to unicorn status.

What You'll Do

  • Foster a high-performance culture and lead teams across the Eastern US to exceed targets.
  • Set clear goals and make data-driven decisions to optimize daily operations.
  • Coach Team Leads on executing commercial initiatives and responding to market trends.
  • Manage the P&L for the Eastern US, including Miami and New York offices.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies for coach acquisition and other growth initiatives.
  • Make hiring decisions that are aligned with Lenus' values and culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and global teams to leverage insights.
  • Lead with an inclusive, collaborative style that inspires engagement and teamwork.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in a sales leadership role, managing teams and driving performance, with previous experience in a scaling B2B or B2B2C startup in a high-growth environment
  • Strong expertise in sales, account management, and business development.
  • Proven ability to strategically manage P&L, consistently delivering profitable outcomes
  • Proven track record of implementing change management initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strategic approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communicator, persuasive in both written and verbal forms.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations, ideally across different regions, would be beneficial.
