Robinson’s Legal Department is seeking a smart, experienced, and highly motivated litigation paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of litigation experience with solid knowledge of litigation support, case management, and experience handling daily tasks of litigation matters from inception through trial, and organizing large caseloads.
Responsibilities also include document review, document production, assisting with written discovery, summarizing records and depositions, editing, e-filing, calendaring, and cite-checking.
We are seeking candidates that can adapt to working with an aviation sector in-house team and are dedicated to continuing professional growth.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Eligible for overtime. We offer comprehensive group health plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, and other supplementary plans.

Qualifications
Job Requirements :
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Experience with California Courts and electronic filing systems (File & Serve).
- Familiar with case management orders and understands calendaring of court ordered deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of pleading documents including answers, notices, motions, briefs, and discovery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong editing skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and continuous-learning environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Teams and Zoom or any other virtual conferencing platform.
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to exercise good judgment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Associate Degree Preferred.
- Paralegal certificate with focus on litigation.
- National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) certification.
- Familiarity drafting and editing pre-trial and trial documents.
- Maintenance of electronic document management systems.
- Background assisting with cases in multiple jurisdictions- domestic and international.
- Familiarity with legal research and cite-checking using Westlaw or related programs.
- Background working on products liability cases as well as employment litigation matters.
- Experience with communicating and coordinating with outside counsel in multiple jurisdictions.
