Responsibilities : Organize direct andsupervise OB unit functions. Maintain policy compliance and safestaffing levels. Ensure adequate supplies and equipment.
Manageefficient patient throughput. Develop implement and manage thedepartment budget. Engage in quality and performance improvement.
Promote staff professional development and ensure competencycompletion. Communicate essential information to CNO and seniorleadership.

PositionQualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degreerequired. Master's degreepreferred.
License : Registered Nurse in North Carolinaor Compact state required.
Certification : BLSrequired.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in adirectorlevel rolerequired.
