Restaurant Manager - Highlands Ranch, Colorado
Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager with a well-known regional favorite in Highlands Ranch! The ideal Restaurant Manager candidate should have expertise in food and service, strategic leadership in operations for guest satisfaction and standards, and excel in team building, finances, and career development.

Responsibilities :
- Offer strategic leadership, planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating all operations.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and operational standards is crucial.
- Strong leadership, career development, and team building are essential qualities.
- Proficiency in restaurant financials, such as accounting, budgeting, cost control, inventory, and banking methods, is required.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Salary : up to $65,000

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2+ years of current Full Service Restaurant Manager experience
- High volume background - must have Restaurant Manager experience at establishments exceeding $2 million in sales per year
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient withfinancials(P&L's, inventory, food / labor cost, etc.)
