Boutique mortgage Banker looking to hire a Loan Processor to work with experienced Loan Originators. Wholesale West Lending was established in 2006 to serve the community with honesty, integrity and trust.
Objectives of this role
Assist loan originators throughout the loan process
Meticulously correct errors, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete
Adhere to tight deadlines, working quickly but carefully, following up both internally and externally when needed
Uphold company integrity and reputation by carefully reviewing all information and adhering to procedures and regulations
Create strong and lasting relationships with all parties involved in the transaction
Responsibilities
Review loan applications, ensuring that all sections are complete and accurate, correcting any potential mistakes
Work with underwriters and loan originators to process loan applications
Keep an open line of contact with all parties involved to answer any questions and close in a timely fashion
Skills and qualifications
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing impeccable customer service
Strong research capabilities
Thorough understanding of the loan application process and relevant rules and legal regulations
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Integrity and confidentiality when it comes to handling sensitive information
Ability to work collaboratively with loan originators, Realtors, and underwriters
Preferred qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher education preferred but not required
Working knowledge of loan origination software
Experience in a customer service role
NMLS license or Department or Real Estate preferred but not required
