Job Summary :

We are looking for a competent Executive Assistant and Office Manager to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executive's working life and communication. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our office and managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients.
  • Manage the executive's calendar and set up meetings.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Oversee office operations and ensure processes are carried out efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including maintenance.
  • Organize company events and team-building activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Monitor office budgets.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in another administrative support role.
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
