The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience and Education : A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with at least five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a leadership and / or supervisory role.
  • Dynamic Leadership : Strong and inspiring leader capable of motivating and guiding a team.
  • Community Engagement : Passionate about making a difference in the community and skilled at building relationships to support our mission.
  • Fundraising Ability : Securing major gifts and / or grant writing.
  • Effective Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time and Project Management : Excellent time management and project oversight abilities.
  • Commitment to Youth Development : Genuine passion for empowering young people and helping them realize their potential.
  • Adaptability and Willingness to Learn : Openness to training and development, especially for candidates who show strong potential and dedication to the mission.
  • Administrative Competence : Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, including compliance with contracts and financial management.
  • Collaborative Spirit : Ability to work closely with local board members and other stakeholders to drive fundraising and program success.
