Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Build relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering expert advice.

Sales Calls : Effectively manage outbound calls to promote insurance products and services.

Policy Recommendations : Analyze client profiles to recommend tailored insurance solutions that best suit their needs.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

Requirements

Licensing : Possession of relevant insurance licenses or the willingness to obtain them.Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Goal-Oriented : Ability to set and achieve sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.Organizational Skills : Excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-up abilities to handle a high volume of sales activities.
