About The Position
- Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Operating Room Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Mid 5x8-Hour (2 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Level 1 Trauma Experience;
- RN must scrub and circulate License : Must have appropriate state license Certifications : COVID-19 Vaccine required (No exemptions);
- Flu Vaccine status unknown Must-Have : Experience in Orthopedics, Orthopedic Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery- Experience in Neurosurgery (cranial and spine), Open Heart / Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric, and Gynecology is preferred Job Description : Required to be on call for one 12-hour shift a month on a Saturday or Sunday (7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM);
no weekday call.- Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed, with no more than 2 consecutive days. No RTO allowed the day before or after a holiday and on weekends.
- Flexibility required for floating to various units if needed, with a maximum of 50 miles from the home facility. Notification for floating may occur 2 hours before the shift.
- Orientation of 24 hours provided.
