Work hours may vary, with some projects requiring a 12-hour shift (Mon-Sat) . Overtime is expected. Start Date : ASAP Duration : This is a short-term need, with a duration of 90 to 120 days, project could extend.
We're looking for Site Superintendents to oversee daily field operations for our construction projects throughout LA County . This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring construction stays on schedule, team members are aligned with project goals, and all safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership : Lead daily kick-off meetings to outline tasks, objectives, and roles.
- Task Management : Allocate work based on team members' skills, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Safety & Quality : Deliver daily safety talks, enforce all safety procedures, and conduct regular quality checks.
- Communication : Serve as the main point of contact between the field crew, project managers, and upper management.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, issues, and completed work.
