100% Remote-Project Manager (M&A/Brok Dealer/Fixed Income)

NOTE : This is a 100 % remote position. Candidates will have to work on PST HOURS.

One of our clients in Los Angeles area is looking for a Project Manager with the following skills and experience :

MUST HAVE : BROKER DEALER / WEALTH MANAGEMENT / MERGER & ACQUSITION (M&A) FIXED INCOME INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Sr. Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience in financial services with a particular focus in the wealth management / independent broker dealer space.

This role will be leading multiple projects aligned to the Strategic Solutions workstream within a large program driving custodial services deployment and integration.

Qualified candidates will bring strong communication skills and a proven history working with C-suite and cross functional teams.

This role will facilitate and coordinate gap analysis, requirements gathering, and planning / execution of efforts associated with field training, retirements solutions, and alignment with strategic partners.

Good presentation and confidence to engage / partner with all levels of the organization are a must for an effective execution of this role.

Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or Project Management)
• 10-15 years of experience in project management or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
