Position overview
The ideal candidate will serve as a support pillar by handling inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails, responsive to Management's request, reviewing client medical records, filing audits, and other administrative duties. They will also check and respond to Microsoft Teams and check & reply to emails. The candidate must follow the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Best Practices. The candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
