Are you a skilled professional with a knack for fixing things around the house? We are looking for a friendly and experienced Professional Handyman to join our team.
As a Professional Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring that our customers' homes are in excellent condition.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, patching drywall, and fixing faucets
- Install and repair various fixtures, including light fixtures, ceiling fans, and door handles
- Assemble furniture and other household items according to manufacturers' instructions
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems, replacing faulty switches, outlets, and light fixtures
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out flooring, tiles, and carpets
- Fix leaky pipes, unclog drains, and repair or replace toilets and sinks
- Respond to customer requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and friendly manner
- Write, present, and sell your own estimates
Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of various tools and equipment used in general repair and maintenance work
- Strong understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
- Live within Northern Virginia area ( preferably within our service territory )
