Business Process Analyst - Portland, OR

Location : Portland, OR

Pay : $80K-$90K year DOE

What you’ll do :

Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

• Evaluate and document existing CSG business processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies within all CSG departments and business processes.
• Develop and implement consistent, documented processes to support all centers and departments.
• Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Support the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes and adjust as necessary.
• Coordinate and guide personnel and teams assigned to specific process improvement tasks.
• Perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
• Present progress reports and integrate feedback.

Education / Experience / Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or a related field. 3-5 years of related experience. Proficiency in business management software.

Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
