Job Description
Our IT department is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented part-time IT Specialist to help support everyday hotel operations.
As an IT specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring hotel systems are working smoothly while using a various IT services, including software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating technology issues.
- Communicate with internal colleagues to diagnose technical issues
- Provide step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
- Provide backup solutions whenever necessary
- Provide training sessions for new hardware or software products
- Access instruction manuals to help users utilize their software or hardware properly
- Keep detailed logs of client problems, solutions, and customer satisfaction
- Provide instructions in simple terms
- Work with outside vendors to ensure internal and building issues are attended to properly
- Work together with Director of IT to find solutions to more complex issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Windows Server operating systems
- Some experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and InTune.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
