Looking for a Logistics Coordinator for an open position within our supply chain network. Position is based in Santa Ana, CA.
This role is designed to monitor and support day to day operations and will be responsible for the logistics cycle for all customer orders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and manage relations with 3PL, Samsung entities, and customer clientsDevelop and maintain daily / weekly / monthly reports and KPIs to ensure operational excellenceProducing and distribution of department reports to various groups / stakeholders within the Supply Chain networkProvide status of orders to various business units within SamsungRun daily Open Order and Goods Issued reports to identify shipping and in-transit status within SAP systemTrack and resolve warehouse and carrier shipping errorsAttention to detail and ability to identify process improvementsAdaptability in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasksExercise judgment within defined practices and policies in selection of methods and techniques for obtaining solutionsActively support team projects and effectively communicate with team membersAd hoc reporting / project ManagementRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain preferred or 3+ years' experience with 3PL warehousing, transportation and account / order managementDemonstrated ability to analyze information to identify, escalate and make recommendationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, and active listeningAdvanced Excel knowledge including but not limited to Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros and other advanced formulasAdvanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)SAP and TMS experience requiredIn depth understanding of logistics industry's standards and best practicesStrong time management, organization, prioritization and follow up skillsAbility to complete tasks and solve problems with limited guidance and directionDemonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learnExcellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skillsAbility to support weekend, holidays, and overtime requirements as neededAbility to travel as needed
