In this HR role, you will be engaged in new hire orientations, performance management, engagement, benefits administration, HRIS management, reporting, LOA support, verifications, tuition reimbursement, rewards and recognition, learning and development and more!
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do :
- Conduct new hire orientation and assist with updating new hire onboarding forms as needed
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on a variety of issues and topics and provide in-person and virtual support to address employee inquiries
- Provide HRIS data entry and maintenance
- Generate ad hoc reports and assist in data analysis
To apply for this HR Generalist role, a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of human resources experience is required. You will also need :
- Knowledge of local and federal employment laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Prior experience with LMS, training platforms and or developing training content is a plus
- Proactive and creative with problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills
