What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for managing the entire construction project start to finish
- Creating project plans, budgeting, coordinating with the design team, and working with the job site teams to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Commercial & Multi-family Projects
- Ground-up and Renovations / TI
- Work directly with Preconstruction Teams, Clients, and Executive Teams to ensure project success
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ Years Project Manager Experience
- 5+ years Construction Experience
- Commercial and / or Multi-Family Experience, both a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
