We’re looking for a real estate office manager to streamline our day-to-day procedures and help with agent needs and requests.
Responsibilities include greeting agents in our front desk lobby, answering calls, responding to agent requests in person, via email, and on slack, updating our office calendar, along with other administrative tasks.
You will be making online orders to ensure the office is stocked with supplies for our team. In addition, you will need to keep the office clean and organized daily.
Prefer someone who is able to use Canva for the creation of presentations and other needed marketing materials.

Compensation :
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
- Arrange for team meetings, appointments, and travel
- Keep office well stocked and order supplies as needed, as well as maintaining office equipment
- Organize and stock our copy room to ensure our agents have everything needed for their business
Qualifications :
- Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Real estate license is a bonus
- 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred
