MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER (GREEN BAY, WI)

Job Summary :

This role focuses on launching new products and initiatives to drive growth, requiring a blend of business acumen and marketing expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing and at least four years of experience in telecommunications product management.

Responsibilities include tactical project planning, managing cross-functional teams, and monitoring the success of initiatives, all while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities & Duties :

• Develop and execute tactical plans that outline tasks, deliverables, and team responsibilities for new product launches and initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule by managing deadlines, identifying out-of-scope requests, and handling change orders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals, representing the marketing team in various project teams.
• Monitor the success of initiatives, providing status reports and analyzing their contribution to overall business goals.
• Create internal communication and training materials to support new product launches and other marketing initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• Experience : Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, preferably in telecommunications product management.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft software packages and strong project management skills.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship-building abilities, especially in cross-functional settings.
• Personal Qualities : Goal-oriented, organized, and innovative, with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
