Salary : $21 / Hr

The role of Customer Service Representative is to stock customers with products and services offered by Wagonmaster. A Customer Service Representative is a self-motivated, high-energy individual.

This position is considered entry level sales and can possibly lead to future account manager positions within the organization.

Being polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our customers with an excellent experience is crucial to being successful in this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily operation and maintenance of a delivery vehicle
• Load delivery vehicle properly and evenly for transport while maintaining inventory control
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and tidy inside and out. Wash delivery vehicle once per week (weather dependent)
• Track delivery vehicle maintenance & inform the warehouse manager before maintenance is due
• Report all vehicle issues to the warehouse manager as soon as they arise
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Make Emergency deliveries based on the warehouse manager and / or account manager’s request
• Deliver and remove tools & equipment at account manager’s request
• Deliver barrels as necessary
• Visit a set route of existing scheduled customers
• Greet and engage with customers in a manner which reinforces and solidifies business relationships
• Count product on hand at each customer, invoice and restock shelves up to expected stocking levels unless otherwise directed
• Review customer orders before and after delivery with customer parts department contact to ensure orders are complete and accurate
• Identify stocking level issues and inform the account manager
• Answer questions and solve problems, be a resource for the customer to call upon
• Complete end of day (sync) procedures on computer ordering system
• Return product from accounts only upon approval of the account manager and if product is less than 1 year old
• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and refurbish equipment in the warehouse and in the field.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Keep detailed records of repairs made to facilitate proper inventory control.
• Handle calls from internal customers regarding equipment issues.
• Identify opportunities and threats in the sales process and communicate them to the account manager
• Consistent and timely communication and follow-up with emails, phone calls and text messages
• Report any threats to business to the account manager
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales plans focusing on the growth of individual accounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Have a clean drivers abstract
• Proficient English communication skills
• A persistent positive attitude
• Must reside in Snohomish County, ideally South of Everett, North of Bothell

Working Conditions

The bulk of work time will be spent between the warehouse, delivery vehicle and customer locations. Duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors that may be without air conditioning and / or with minimal heating in any weather condition.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit for periods of time while operating delivery vehicle. Must have adequate manual dexterity to write legibly and perform required duties on the computer.

Duties require twisting, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to maneuver large volume drums with some mechanical assistance is required.
