Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop custom digital circuits for high-speed and low-power compute-in memory designsCollaborate with teams to formulate design specifications and validate new ideas through test chip designMentor and guide other designers while being hands-on in digital circuit designRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in designing memories in advanced nodes (3nm / 5nm) with a focus on in-memory computingStrong track record of innovative solutions, including papers and patentsDeep understanding of digital and SRAM circuit and layout design concepts in finFET-based CMOS technologiesSolid hands-on experience in SRAM design involving SPICE simulations and various analysis techniquesExperience in project and people management, including organizing team goals and resolving conflicts
