Job Description
The Director of Construction will be responsible for :
- Candidate will oversee all construction practices, consisting of 4 divisions and 50 employees. Please note there are already leaders in place for these divisions, so the candidate will be in charge of mentoring and leading these employees
- Accountable for successful delivery of all projects
- Leading the annual strategic planning process, setting clear goals and objectives for all construction teams
- Monitor progress across teams, leaders, and managers, providing guidance and support to keep projects and initiatives on track
- Guides implementations of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
- Leads contract negotiations
- Keeps senior leadership informed on department status, key risks, progress, and emerging issues to enable collaborative problem solving
- Financial & Operation oversight
