Qualifications of a Personal Injury and / or Medical Malpractice Attorney
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New Mexico
- 1.5 years of litigation
- Ability to integrate into a fast-team-oriented environment
Responsibilities :
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Collaborate and work closely with other attorneys and partners
- Handle court appearances and depositions
- Provide reports & communicate with clients
