We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality nutritional care to our residents and ensuring compliance with all dietary regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the dietary department
- Develop and implement nutritious and appealing menus that meet the dietary needs of residents
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to food safety and nutrition
- Manage and train dietary staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and supplies
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to address residents' dietary needs and preferences
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper food handling
Qualifications :
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent certification
- Experience in a dietary management role, preferably in a healthcare setting
