Position : Golang Developer
Duration : 12 Month contract with extensions
Location : Remote hybrid 1 day per month in San Diego, CA
PR : 60-70 / hr
Must be able to work on a W-2 without sponsorship now or in the future
Must Haves :
- Proficient experience in Golang programing language
- Experience in languages such as Python, Bash, C / C++
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Programing (OOP) and Object Oriented Design (OOD)
- Experience with Github Actions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Pluses :
- Degree in related field
- Experience with Jfrog tools
- Embedded build experience
Day-to-Day :
Insight Global is looking for a Golang Developer to help support one of our large automotive clients. You will be responsible for helping with the embedded build and packaging tools that help create the binary images of the vehicles.
You will asl be assisting with "flashing" the vehicle by integrating the software into hardware modules and testing the features.
Candidates must sit near one of the local hubs for occasional onsite work :
Compensation : $60 / hr to $70 / hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
