Pinpoint Talent is seeking a talented Financial Analyst
As our client’s Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our asset management team by developing and maintaining a robust database and business intelligence infrastructure.
Hybrid Details : 3-4 days in office per week
Top Requirements of the Financial Analyst
- Degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
- Experience in financial analysis, particularly in real estate
What You'll Do as a Financial Analyst
- Develop and maintain database and business intelligence infrastructure
- Construct financial models for investment evaluation
- Design dashboards for performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and forecasting
What You’ll Bring to the Financial Analyst Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics
- 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
