You will have the opportunity to support elementary school students. This role entails working alongside another full-time social worker to divide the caseload between special education and general education, ensuring a well-balanced workload.

Advocate for Students : Act as a liaison between the student, school, and community resources to ensure students’ rights and needs are met.

Promote a Positive School Climate : Foster an inclusive and supportive school environment that promotes the well-being of all students.

Collaborate with Teachers and Staff : Work with educators and school personnel to identify and support at-risk students.

Maintain Confidential Records : Keep detailed and confidential records of student interactions, progress, and interventions.
