Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care or medical office settings and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties
- Coordinate clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and medical records
- Oversee financial management tasks such as billing and insurance processing
- Utilize Dentrix, Epic, or similar systems for patient data management
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care
- Handle critical care situations with professionalism and urgency
Requirements
Experience
- Prior experience in a office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in computer software is a plus
- Knowledge of human resources practices is beneficial
- Strong background in office management and administrative tasks
