We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team! You'll be responsible for helping our Agency grow by selling Home, Auto, and other P&C policies.
Responsibilities :
- Quote and sell insurance policies to new customers
- Cross sell to existing customers
- Design policy coverages that are appropriate for that customer
- Resolve client inquiries and issues
- Expand your business reach through friends, family and networking opportunities
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in insurance or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
If you can Sell over the phone you Will make $18 to $22 per hour plus Commissions and Bonus! We provide real time leads ready to be called and closed.
