Description
Responsibilities :
The Residential Crew Member is a critical position Residential Division. The scope of responsibly encompasses assisting a team in the installation of quality new landscapes for our customers including but not limited to irrigation system, plant material, topsoil, and mulch.
Job Description :
- Work outside in a variety of weather conditions to assist crew in the installation of new and existing residential / commercial landscapes
- Trenching using both manual and mechanical methods
- Assemble and install irrigations system components including valves, pipe, sprinkler heads and controllers
- Place and prepare soil for plant materials
- Install plant materials including trees, shrubs, and sod
- Job site preparation and clean-up
- Maintenance of tools and equipment
- Snow removal during winter months
Requirements :
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a group
- Motivated self-starter
- Subject to drug testing and physical agility testing
- Basic Landscape skills a plus
Compensation :
$16.00-19.00 Hourly DOE
