Key Responsibilities
Deliver front-line support for hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms
Provide support for key business applications and maintain end-user computing assets
Manage daily ticket queues and participate in IT projects, ensuring timely updates and high-quality resolutions
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT support experience
Strong proficiency in Windows environments and Microsoft 365 suite
Working knowledge of macOS support and enterprise endpoint management tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical setups
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
