Prior experience with at least two separate facility travel contracts for busy, high acuity environments. Prefer experience mentoring and / or precepting new ER nurses.
License : RN
Certifications : BLS
Must-Have : Proficiency in EPIC systems
Job Description :
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy, high-acuity Emergency Room setting.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to manage patient needs and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC software, ensuring all documentation is complete and timely.
- Mentor and support new ER nurses, providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
