DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB
You'll work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM , with the flexibility to occasionally work Saturdays when needed for special events or client demands.
As a Hotel Sales and Event Coordinator, you will spend your day setting up meeting spaces, answering client calls and emails, and managing rooming lists.
You will be responsible for coordinating events, from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will also create social media posts to promote events and handle group bookings.
Your main focus will be on providing excellent customer service, which helps create loyal, repeat guests. You will regularly work with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or similar sales and marketing environment
- Strong computer literacy, preferably with experience in Marriott / Fosse and Hilton / PEP software
- Ability to set up meeting spaces, including moving tables and chairs
- Self-starter attitude with excellent time management skills
- Excellent guest relations skills
