We are seeking a Customer Service And Delivery Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing timely and reliable delivery of products and services to customers.
Responsibilities :
- Learn all facets of customer service to include taking orders, creating invoices when necessary, pick, pull, load orders as well as delivery.
- Learn and know our products and services inside and out.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, questions and concerns
- Document and update customer opportunities and records based on interactions and report
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients. Some knowledge and interest in espresso and coffee is a PLUS.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent driving record and physical skills (must be able to lift 40 lbs repeatedly.
