Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Integration Developer to join our team for a large-scale software project.

MVP or Fast Track certification is strongly recommended.

Project Summary :

In the beginning stages of a new long-term project where we will be building 'four' New Agile Software Development teams in an effort to replace, rebuild and expand our clients overall services.

This will ultimately include building a new backend, analytical / reporting services, along with extending their applications services with a new Web / Mobile solution. This is exciting!

This is a fully funded effort that is initially planned for '3 years'. The opportunity to remain on board as a consultant or move into a full-time role with our client does exist, as there will be an ongoing need for maintenance, enhancements, and new development.

In this first phase we are looking for highly polished and seasoned Integration experts with experience Technology Selection, Product Road-mapping, and Behavior Driven Development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with business analysts and other cross-functional teams to analyze and break down requirements.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and implement appropriate solutions.

Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics modules to enhance functionality and user experience.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user guides.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics solutions post-implementation.

Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics best practices, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5-7 recent years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics development and implementation. Ideally should have 10+ years of overall experience.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) is highly desirable.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

MVP or Fast Track certification in Microsoft Dynamics.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
