Shift : Days / 8a-4 : 30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements :

• MD requires SLP's License
• 1 year of Home Care experience REQ (Experience must be within the last year)
• Must have Medicare-certified home health agency experience
• Skills REQ : Home Health, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Medicare Documentation, Homecare Homebase, Family Education, Telephone Calls, CVA, Bedside Swallow Evaluation, Thickening Agents, Compensatory Techniquest,
• Skills Preferred : OASIS E, Acute Care, Transfer Training, Multiple Sclerosis, Adaptive Equipment Experience, TBI, Degenerative Diseases, Anoxia, Laryngectomy, Tracheotomy, Hearing Impairments
• OASIS E preferred
