Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist | Full Time | Outpatient | On-site Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to focus on patient care without administrative burden. Key Responsibilities : Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations for child and adolescent patients Provide ongoing medication management, follow-ups, and refill authorizations Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Full-time (40 hours / week) Flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts Must be onsite in Kansas City, MO Strong preference for evening availability on Wednesdays No call, no weekends, no holidays Qualifications : MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Child Psychiatry Active, unrestricted medical license in Missouri or ability to obtain Experience in adult outpatient mental health settings preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Why Join Us?
