Job Title : Program Manager

Location : Chandler, AZ or Valencia, CA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Take ownership of communication, program planning, and periodic updates with key customers.
• Outline long-term milestones to achieve business objectives and support the strategic direction of the organization through the successful completion of current projects and maximizing ROI.
• Create detailed timetables of open projects and work with product teams to forecast and plan roadmaps for incoming programs.
• Lead, manage, and collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive schedules for engineering design, software development, procurement, and manufacturing tasks for each project.
• Drive programs to completion through performance-based milestones and successful testing of the completed tools.
• Present status of tools in progress and outline recovery plans to management teams, sales teams, and customers.
• Hold regular team meetings to address questions or challenges in ongoing programs, keep everyone focused and on task, and align the teams on the priorities of the organization.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences within the various levels of internal and external organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, project results, and team efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of work experience in a technical industry (engineering, aerospace, IT, medical, etc.).
• Preferred experience in the semiconductor industry.
• 5+ years of Program Management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with seeing programs through their entire life cycle.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
